A lot of pop-culture weight loss advice is either pretty off-base or promises you can lose 20 pounds in 2 days by smiling and thinking of unicorns, but this list from Dr. Oz is actually pretty amazing.
Whenever I read things like this, I’m thinking in my head the whole time: ‘WOW, that makes a lot of sense!’ For me, weight loss is just a healthy combination of common sense and determination.
(Either way, I’m going to print these out and make a poster out of them!)
