Apology
I’ve only been half on the wagon this week. And truthfully, the only half that’s been on is the half that is still training for the 10k. I ran 16 miles last week (and met my goal of 15 for the week.) I ran my longest consecutive run yet. But I’ve only made half-assed attempts at making healthy food choices and I’ve been a little afraid to admit that to you guys.
So I’m apologizing for not being 100% and would like to assure everyone that I’m going to be, soon. I’ve just started to realize that it’s okay to eat what you like, so long as you don’t eat too much of it. (That last bit is the part I need to work on.)
