March Reflections
Some important things I have learned this month:
1. Drinking is fun… but not for your body.
- I love a good time and, for me, drinking is a good time. That being said, it’s not something that should be overdone. Example: I will not drink multiple times per week on a regular basis… my digestive system does not enjoy it.
2. Exceptions are okay… just not for me.
- I can handle a cheeseburger on occasion without any significant problems. I, however, cannot handle an iced cappucino, coca cola, beer, or any sort of delicious beverage without going overboard. One leads to two and two leads to ten. Therefore exceptions are not acceptable.
3. There are a lot of things that I want to do. (That being said, I’d like to learn HOW to do these things next.)
- Self-explanatory!
4. My body can do awesome things.
- Awesome things like go from barely running 10 minutes without losing my breath to running a full hour no problem in less than two months. Yeah, super awesome.
5. I have an amazing husband.
- We argue, we have our differences, but at the end of the day, no one in the world understands or cares for me as much as that man does - I’m truly, deeply lucky.
