April Goals!

Goal Weight: 200 lbs
I haven’t weighed myself yet for this week, but that’s roughly 15 pounds. What does this mean? This means some serious cracking down on all fronts.
Fitness Goals
1. Run. (Preparation for the 10k)
- Minimum of 4x per week, 20 miles per week
- Finish a 5k at a steady pace of 11 min/mile
- Finish a 10k at a steady pace of 12 min/mile
2. Strength/Flexibility
- Go to yoga class every Wednesday
- Strength training minimum 2x per week
Dietary Goals
- Cut meat-eating down to 1x per week
- Cut ALL sodas out completely (even diet)
- Eat out only once per week or less
General Goals
1. Money
- Cut down on money spent on food
- Keep track of expenses via spreadsheet
- Freeze my capital one card
2. Accountability
- Blog every day at least once
- Write down EVERYTHING
I know this is a lot. I’ve been doing a lot of thinking and I really want to throw myself all-in. Losing weight and getting fit so far hasn’t been THAT hard, so there’s no excuse as to why I shouldn’t be pushing myself even further.
Oh and did I mention that Matt and I are invited to a hardcore amazing (and HUGE) sci-fi/fantasy costume party the first weekend of May? Matt is going to be Tom Bombadil and I am going to be Goldberry.
