Good day!
So far, great day eating wise. I feel like I’m getting back on track.
- Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs and a slice of toast
- Snack: “Everything” Apple and Carrot bran muffin (small homemade)
- Lunch: Chicken and veggie lean cuisine + 1 banana with peanut butter
By the way… this peanut butter and banana thing is my new favorite snack. So yummy and so filling!
