Food?
I really haven’t been very hungry for the last four or five days. And by ‘not very hungry’ I mean my stomach doesn’t growl anymore. I’ve been paying more attention to emotional hunger vs. real hunger and … I’ve discovered that I no longer feel real hunger even when I haven’t eaten for 8 hours. (This particular discovery wasn’t on purpose, I hadn’t realized how long it had been.)
Is this bad?
