So uh…
I think it’s pretty obvious that I haven’t been ‘all here’ based on my lack of posts lately. It’s bad. I don’t really know what happened but I seem to have jumped off the wagon and moseyed my way as far away from it as possible. I’ve been drinking pop, eating not a lot but TERRIBLE things, not getting enough water, and definitely not getting enough exercise. Our race is next weekend and I’m terrified because both Caitlyn and I have been half-assing our training for the last six weeks. I’m pretty positive I’ve gained back 5-10 of the pounds I originally lost. I don’t think I’ve ever yo-yoed this much in my entire life.
I feel like crap and look like crap. I bought a plus-sized bathing suit the other day (size 20) and my first bra-shopping trip since last year ended in the purchase of a size 40D and 38DD. (Which is only one size up… but wow.) This isn’t awesome.
So I’m coming back. And maybe this time I’ll take baby steps to avoid burning out so early in the game. Day one starts tomorrow.
